THE WORK:
Writing can prove to be very beneficial to the designer as a means of collecting their thoughts and expressing themselves without constraint. The Points to Ponder manifesto was born out of a series of essays I had written for class about the need for meditation in design. This manifesto serves as a collection of my thoughts on the non-prescriptive and unexpectedly human nature of design. Split into four distinct parts, each chapter of this graphic manifesto discusses a different aspect of the importance of study, humanity, and compromise in graphic design.
